In Redmond, Washington, Groveland Construction completed a stacked stone veneer installation at Penny Lane II & III Townhomes. Our team installed Eldorado Stone in the Chapel Hill blend with coordinating precast sills, integrating proper drainage and weather protection behind the veneer for long-term performance. The result is a durable, low-maintenance exterior that elevates the townhomes’ streetscape with a refined, cohesive finish.
