In 2024, Groveland Construction completed brick and CMU work at the Kirkland Community Center in Kirkland, Washington. Our team installed the exterior brick with clean, consistent coursing and integrated angle-iron supports and precast accents, while grouting CMU elements to add strength where needed. The result is a durable, low-maintenance façade that complements the center’s civic character and welcomes visitors with a refined finish.
