At Kinect at Shoreline in Shoreline, Washington, Groveland Construction installed a thin brick system using Mutual Materials ½” Slim Brick in Coal Creek. Set over a cement-board rainscreen with modified thinset and finished with LATICRETE Raven grout and a Prosoco Sure Klean wash, the brickwork delivers a crisp, durable façade that complements the building’s modern palette. Our team also built two BBQ surrounds in the level-3 courtyard. The result is a refined, low-maintenance exterior that pairs long-term performance with clean detailing.
