In 2025, Groveland Construction completed a stone veneer installation at Green Hill Apartments in Lynnwood, Washington. Our team installed Eldorado Stone ledgestone in Birch with split-edge Grey Sky wainscot sills, integrating proper weep screed and a layered weather barrier to deliver long-term performance and a refined finish. This project highlights Groveland Construction’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, enhancing the building’s modern aesthetic with a durable, cohesive exterior.
